Description
- Assist customer inquiries, reservations,
and bookings and handle it with care and accuracy.
- Assist port officer in ensuring all
passenger feedbacks are attended.
- Plans and arranges for the upkeep and scheduling
of vessels in coordination with the relevant agencies.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by
the superior.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any bachelors’ degree.
- Preferably with experience in shipping
industry or port operations.
- Provide assistance in the operation in
ship and shore.
- Have familiarity with the port rules and
regulations.
