Qualifications
- Bachelor’s graduate with a Psychology, Human Resource Development, or other related course.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices, possess remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance.
- Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.,).
- Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.
