Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s graduate with a Psychology, Human Resource Development, or other related course.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices, possess remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.,).
  • Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.
