  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
  • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Maintains confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related course.
  • Must have at least three years’ experience in HR roles, with a focus on payroll and benefits.
  • Knowledgeable in handling end-to-end payroll processing, mandatory benefits, and monthly remittances.
  • Responsible for calculating employees’ compensation, updating payroll databases, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Create and maintain employees’ payroll records while adhering to policies and procedures relevant to the law.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
