Description
- Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
- Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll
software.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintains confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any
related course.
- Must have at least three years’ experience in HR roles, with a focus on
payroll and benefits.
- Knowledgeable in handling end-to-end payroll processing, mandatory
benefits, and monthly remittances.
- Responsible for calculating employees’ compensation, updating payroll
databases, and ensuring timely payments.
- Create and maintain employees’ payroll records while adhering to
policies and procedures relevant to the law.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
