Description
- Help with
hiring-related tasks, such as setting up interviews and background checks.
- Liaise with
Administrative Officer to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Answer questions
from employees, applicants, and external stakeholders.
- Manage the
onboarding of new employees.
- Other duties as may
be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS
Psychology or BSBA in Human Resources Development Management.
- Must have knowledge
of the end-to-end process in recruitment.
- Assist in
maintaining employee records and files while ensuring all accuracy and
compliances of the company.
- Fresh graduates are
welcome to apply.
- Must have good
communication skills, both oral and written.
