Description

  • Help with hiring-related tasks, such as setting up interviews and background checks.
  • Liaise with Administrative Officer to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Answer questions from employees, applicants, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the onboarding of new employees.
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA in Human Resources Development Management.
  • Must have knowledge of the end-to-end process in recruitment.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and files while ensuring all accuracy and compliances of the company.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must have good communication skills, both oral and written.
