Description
- Handles administrative requests and queries from senior
managers.
- Performs general clerical duties that includes but not
limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, and filing.
- Assists the Administrative Officer in ordering of office
supplies.
- Assist in monitoring and scheduling of messenger task.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s graduate in Human Resource
Development, or other related course.
- Assist in the coordination of
administrative functions, personnel, meetings and clerical duties.
- With relevant work experience in HR and
Admin Department is a plus.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and has
keen attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
applications.
- Fresh graduates who are highly trainable
