Description
- Handles administrative requests and queries from senior
managers.
- Performs general clerical duties that includes but not
limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, and filing.
- Assists the Administrative Officer in ordering of office
supplies.
- Assist in monitoring and scheduling of messenger task.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS in Office Administration or any related degree course.
- With relevant work experience in HR and Admin Department is a plus.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and has keen attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to be assigned in Bagong Ilog, Pasig.
