Description

  • Handles administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Performs general clerical duties that includes but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, and filing.
  • Assists the Administrative Officer in ordering of office supplies.
  • Assist in monitoring and scheduling of messenger task.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of BS in Office Administration or any related degree course.
  • With relevant work experience in HR and Admin Department is a plus.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and has keen attention to detail;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to be assigned in Bagong Ilog, Pasig.
